Can I return my order if I change my mind?+

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality-control, contamination-prevention, and regulatory-compliance standards, all sales are final. Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact support within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it. See our Return Policy.

What does "For Research Use Only" mean?+

"For research use only" indicates that the peptides sold by Heritage Labs are not drugs or supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. They are meant exclusively for in vitro studies or preclinical lab work by professionals.

How are Heritage Labs products shipped?+

We ship orders within the United States using USPS. Completed orders received before 12 PM ET are shipped the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you use CashApp or Zelle, your order is complete after your payment is made.

Where can I find the testing results of a peptide?+

Testing results, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), are posted on the product page of each peptide and in our COA Portal. We analyze and purchase COAs for peptides and peptide blends.
