What is in the vial
- GHK-Cu: Three amino acids + copper(II) ion. Over 150 published studies. Gene expression modulation affecting ~4,048 human genes. ECM remodeling, copper-dependent enzyme pathways.
- BPC-157: 15 amino acids from human gastric juice. Over 100 published studies. NO pathway modulation, connective tissue models, gastrointestinal research.
- TB-500: 43 amino acids, synthetic thymosin beta-4. LKKTETQ actin-binding motif. Cell migration, wound repair models, cardiac tissue research.
- KPV: The C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH. NF-κB signaling modulation, melanocortin pathway immunomodulatory research.
The KPV component
KPV is the newest addition relative to the Glow triple blend. It brings melanocortin pathway activity into the mix — specifically, research on NF-κB signaling modulation and inflammatory mediator expression in cell culture models. This adds an immunomodulatory dimension that the GHK-Cu/BPC-157/TB-500 combination does not cover on its own.
